Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all mechanical and electrical building services with the wider construction programme from design through to commissioning and handover
Review and interpret service drawings alongside architectural and structural details, identifying and resolving clashes
Liaise with design teams, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure full compliance with specifications and programme
Manage and monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to required quality standards
Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of all building services systems
Support procurement activities and assist in the preparation of tender documentation where required
Ensure timely preparation, review and submission of O&M manuals and handover documentation
Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to project management
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant 3rd level qualifications and at least three years' experience gained either with a building contractor or in a skills transferable field.
Experience with relevant IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is required, as is the ability to work in teams, to be organised self-starters and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
