Job Title: Human Resources Executive
This role involves supporting key HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the organisation.
* Work closely with Service Managers and Heads of Department, providing guidance and operational support on a wide range of HR matters.
Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* A minimum 3 years consecutive experience in a Senior HR role working within the Healthcare Sector.
* Previous in-depth experience of managing Trust in Care, disciplinaries and grievances to completion.
* Comprehensive experience of employee relations, including a detailed knowledge of grievance and disciplinary issues.
* Thorough knowledge of current Irish and EU legislation relating to Employment Law.
Benefits:
* Salary Scale: Grade 7 €54,062-€72,223 per annum (based on a 40 hour week).
* Location: The Bridge, Kilcullen, County Kildare with attendance at other locations as required.
* Duration: Fulltime 40 hours - Permanent.
