Director of Technology, Innovation & Delivery
We are partnering with a leading asset management organisation entering a major new phase of growth and technology transformation.
As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Director of Technology, Change & Delivery to take ownership of the firm’s technology delivery agenda and act as a critical leadership partner to the CIO.
This role sits at the centre of a large and complex change portfolio, with more than 20 concurrent initiatives across data, analytics, AI, governance and core technology platforms.
The successful candidate will bring strong leadership across technology delivery, portfolio governance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring initiatives are delivered at pace while maintaining the high regulatory and governance standards expected within financial services.
The organisation is investing heavily in its data and AI capabilities. Technology is increasingly central to the investment process, enabling traders and analysts to process and act on data in minutes rather than hours.
This is a strategic leadership role that will provide the operational depth behind the CIO and help scale the technology function as the firm grows. You will oversee delivery across infrastructure, applications, and data initiatives while strengthening governance, delivery frameworks, and team capability.
We are seeking a senior technology leader with 15+ years’ experience delivering complex technology programmes within asset management.
Deep knowledge of investment operations, data platforms and regulated financial environments is essential.
