About the Role:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic part-time Sales Receptionist who not only excels in customer service and phone sales, but also brings creative marketing experience to the table. In this varied role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Doggie Daycare and Canine College – and the friendly face (and voice) that helps prospective clients take the next step with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
* Follow up and track leads, guiding them through to successful conversion
* Confidently close sales and meet enrolment targets
* Support marketing campaigns across platforms like Canva, Brevo, Meta Business Suite, and WordPress
* Maintain accurate records and reports on lead activity
* Assist with administrative and ad hoc tasks for the Daycare Manager and College Manager
We'd Love if You Have:
* Proven experience in phone sales and lead conversion
* Marketing and advertising experience (bonus if you're confident using Canva, Brevo, Meta Business Suite & WordPress)
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* A can-do attitude and a flexible, team-first approach
* A genuine love for helping dog owners and student education
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.15 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
