Matrix Recruitment are recruiting a ConstructionProject Manager for their client in Dublin 24.
This is an excellent opportunity to advance into a Junior Project Manager role in the construction sector.
You will assist with managing multiple residential and commercial projects across Leinster and the Southeast.
Your New Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in managing client relationships and meeting project expectations.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Help manage project budgets and monitor costs while maintaining quality.
- Review reports to identify and address risks proactively.
- Ensure all work meets industry regulations and quality standards before client submission.
- Review and issue RAMS to maintain safe working environments on-site.
- Provide weekly client reports on project progress, safety, and environmental updates.
- Track corrective and improvement actions with Site Supervisors.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and spending updates.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years experience on residential construction sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), G-Suite, and ZOHO.
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
