You’re aChartered Civil Engineer with a passion for delivering high-quality drainage design solutions in the transportation and urban infrastructure sectors. You bring deep technical expertise, particularly in the Irish market, and thrive in a leadership role where you can mentor others and shape the direction of multidisciplinary projects. You’re confident working with clients and approval authorities, and you’re ready to take the lead on complex drainage challenges across a diverse portfolio of projects.

You’ll be based in Dublin or the surrounding area, with the flexibility to work from home and the expectation to be in the office or on client sites at leastthree days per week.

As Drainage Discipline Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a geographically diverse team (Ireland, UK, and global offices), delivering drainage design services across all project stages. You’ll be the go-to expert for drainage design on highways and urban infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with Irish standards. You’ll also support the development of junior engineers and contribute to the strategic growth of our drainage capability.
