We're seeking aSenior Sys Admin/ Technical Leadto oversee technical operations, drive efficiency, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is a hands-on role, combining technical expertise with team management to deliver innovative IT solutions. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll guide projects, mentor staff, and maintain a strong client-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical operations, ensuring efficient delivery of managed IT support and infrastructure services.Act as escalation point for complex issues and maintain service excellence across client engagements.Manage IT projects (e.g.: cloud migrations, VPN setups, network upgrades, office relocations and others).Maintain and enhance infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and security.Implement cybersecurity best practices, firewall and VPN configurations.Mentor and develop technical teams, defining roles, responsibilities, and career paths.Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation, and cost optimisation.Requirements10+ years of experience, preferably in MSPs, with 3+ years in technical leadership.Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, SonicWall firewalls, and networking.Proven project management skills with experience delivering IT infrastructure projects.Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.Passion for efficiency, innovation, and high-quality service.Certifications would be desirable: ITIL Foundation v4, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Security+ or CISSP, Cisco CCNAOthers would be beneficial: AZ-305, SNSA, Prince2, PMP, CEH, VCPBenefitsCompetitive benefits and working environmentPlay a key leadership role in a growing MSP with ambitious plans.Lead cutting-edge IT projects for diverse clients.Enjoy a hybrid working model with flexibility and autonomy.Apply Now
