Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Abbey Theatre's Community and Education department is seeking a highly organized and skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to support the delivery of its work. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in coordinating projects, managing relationships with community organizations, and developing online educational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the delivery, administration, documentation of, and learnings from projects such as school outreach programs, industry diversity and inclusion initiatives, student work experience opportunities, secondary school educational partnerships, historical and cultural educational programs, community engagement projects with migrant and refugee populations, and online educational resource development.
* Prepare research briefs for the Community and Education Manager when appropriate.
* Support the Community and Education Manager in their role.
* Manage financial administration for all projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Good coordination and administration skills.
* Experience of working in a school, community, and/or theatre setting.
* Software skills in Microsoft Office.
