Role Summary
We are seeking a part-time/flexible receptionist to cover administrative duties in Dublin during assessment days. The ASD department conducts autism assessments for children on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with staff to organise booking and arrangement of assessments.
* Send reminders and confirm appointments 1-2 days prior to assessments.
* Reschedule assessments if needed due to cancellations/no shows.
* Greet clients and welcome them to assessment days.
* Liaise with clinicians to assist with requests on assessment days.
* Process documents, scan/photocopy and transfer necessary documents.
* Record and log necessary data.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation during assessment days.
* Check office supplies inventory.
* Perform security checks and lock-up procedures on assessment days.
* Input personal details into reports.
* Upload client details and related documents onto a customised system.
Necessary Requirements:
* Previous experience in psychology, social work or disability services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Punctuality.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Administration and documentation management skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
* High level of motivation.
