I'm partnering with a leading corporate law firm in Dublin that is seeking to appoint a
Senior Employment Lawyer
to join its highly respected Employment & Benefits team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor (typically 5–8 years' PQE) to work across a sophisticated portfolio of employment matters, supporting some of Ireland's top employers across multiple industries.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate within the Employment team, you will play a key role in delivering high-level advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The work is varied, strategic, and often transaction-driven. Key areas include:
* Advising on the employment law aspects of major
corporate transactions
, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
* Handling
employment disputes
and representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil courts.
* Providing
day-to-day advisory support
on a wide range of employment issues, including contracts, policies, performance management, HR processes and workplace investigations.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues in corporate, immigration, and health & safety to deliver integrated advice across the wider business.
About You
The firm is seeking someone who brings:
* A strong academic background and
at least 4 years' experience
practising employment law.
* Solid exposure to
corporate support work
and the employment aspects of transactions.
* Excellent drafting and technical skills, with the ability to provide commercially focused advice.
* Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building capabilities.
* Proven experience managing competing deadlines and working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of complex matters.
