Key IT and Technical Support Role
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Technical Support Team Lead to join our team on a full-time permanent contract.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations to manage the delivery of exceptional customer service and contribute to the successful execution of our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead IT and Technical Support teams to ensure high performance levels of service-related processes.
* Implement improvements to existing systems, procedures, and methodologies to support outstanding service delivery.
* Ensure the delivery of key IT projects that align with our business strategy and goals.
* Oversee Technical Support service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
* Lead system and service improvements, ensuring timely and budget-friendly implementation.
* Develop and implement effective people management strategies, including staff recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring.
Key Requirements:
* A relevant IT qualification and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of IT Security principles.
* Expertise in people management and leadership.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One.
* Demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* A proven track record of identifying and implementing Business Software solutions.
* Strong project management skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability are essential for this role.
