Job Summary
The ideal candidate will manage the implementation of Design and Build Contracts under the NEC4 ECC framework, overseeing project payments, programmes, compensation events, risk management, and contract mechanisms.
This role requires a proactive approach to ensure timely completion of projects within agreed timelines.
About the Role
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Design and Technical Services Lead to establish and lead the Client Organisation at Site Level.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage payments, programmes, and compensation events under the NEC4 ECC framework.
* Oversee risk management through early warning processes.
* Issue instructions, notifications, and communications required under the contract.
* Evaluate and improve the interface between the NEC4 ECC Project Supervisor, Commercial Manager, Scheme Delivery and Integration Lead, and NTA roles.
* Develop and implement detailed financial and resource planning for assigned schemes.
* Lead Site Level sub-functional area teams and oversee day-to-day management of staff activities.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
* Prior experience working with the NEC4 ECC framework.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field.
