Multimetals Recycling Ltd is a busy metal recycling company and are seeking to appoint a weighbridge administrator to join their business on a permanent full-time contract based at our site on The Murrough, Wicklow Town. The facility operates from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturday. The days of work will normally be fixed however flexibility is required on occasion. All candidates should have some administration experience, the ability to work in a high-pressure environment will be beneficial. This position would be suitable for an individual who can remain calm under pressure and can manage a varied workload. All training will be provided.

Key Duties –

* Responsible for all functions associated with the weighbridge
* Take customer and supplier bookings for skip hire and organise drivers and truck fleet
* Interacting with customers and maintain good relationships
* Responsible for admitting vehicles to and from the site in line with standard procedures
* Ensure high levels of accuracy when logging vehicle and load details
* First point of contact for all customers, suppliers and visitors, meeting and greeting customers
* Responsible for all incoming and outgoing materials, wastes and products
* Issuing dockets and associated paperwork as required
* High levels of customer service at all times
* Answering telephone calls of all incoming queries promptly and in a professional manner
* Handle daily office administration tasks
* Delivering customer payments and conducting reconciliation
* Dealing with account customers and queries
* Following policies and procedures, collaborating with the team
* Work closely alongside Office Management and Accounts Lead to keep operations running smoothly

These duties suggest the general tasks of the position however it does not cover all activities or responsibilities required for the role.
