HR Leader Role
This is a key leadership position for our organisation, reporting directly to the CEO.
* We are seeking an experienced HR professional to drive and implement our HR strategy, aligned with business objectives.
* The ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience in a HRBP/HR Manager role, including 3+ years leading a team or function.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the HR strategy, aligned with business objectives.
* Develop and implement recruitment, onboarding, and retention plans and initiatives.
* Manage employee relations and develop EVP as the business continues to grow and attract new talent.
* Oversee and proactively manage performance, learning, and development programmes.
* Support organisational change and policy development.
