Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to manage a nationwide team of account managers and build relationships with key corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with large corporate clients to drive sales growth
* Create and implement a business strategy to grow new revenue streams and retain existing clients
* Consistently meet or exceed sales, profit, and margin targets
* Design and execute a national accounts sales plan
* Negotiate and manage tenders and contracts
* Oversight of financial performance
* Motivate, train, and develop the sales team
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams at a national level
* Background in sales or relevant industry experience
* Expertise in consultative selling, marketing principles, prospecting, networking, coaching, and negotiations
* Ability to analyze and act upon financial data through numeric, commercial, and verbal reasoning
