Responsibilities include:
* A degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
* Chartered Engineer status.
* No less than 15 years of post-graduate experience in design and project management.
* Oral Hearing experience is desirable.
* Experience of multi-disciplinary design management.
* Engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants.
* Business development experience.
* Budget creation and management.
