Role Overview
This is a closing role.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate with construction industry experience whose primary responsibility is to convert validated leads into signed contracts.
You will not be responsible for cold prospecting at scale. Leads are qualified before reaching you. Your job is to control the deal, drive urgency, overcome objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close.
If you are strongest at the final stages of the sales cycle and thrive on targets and commission, this role is for you.
Core Objectives
* Close validated sales opportunities with construction, maintenance, and infrastructure companies in Ireland
* Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Shorten sales cycles through decisive deal management
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of a pipeline of sales-ready opportunities
* Run confident discovery and solution calls with decision-makers
* Identify buying triggers, timelines, and budget authority early
* Present drone service solutions that directly impact cost, safety, compliance, and efficiency
* Issue proposals quickly and follow them through to contract signature
* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within agreed parameters
* Apply structured follow-up to drive momentum and close deals
* Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
* Hand over closed deals cleanly to operations for delivery
Required Experience & Profile
* Proven track record closing B2B deals in construction, engineering, maintenance, or infrastructure
* Comfortable selling services with real operational impact (not transactional sales)
* Strong commercial instinct and confidence in price and value conversations
* Ability to challenge prospects and control the sales process
* Comfortable working to targets and commission-based incentives
* Highly organised, disciplined, and deal-focused
* Full, clean Irish driving licence
Highly Desirable
* Experience selling technical, surveying, inspection, or technology-enabled services
* Familiarity with drone services or digital construction tools
* Existing relationships within Irish construction or facilities management firms
