Job Title: Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide specialist autism services in Celbridge. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to adults with autism, helping them develop their independence skills and live fulfilling lives.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess patience and kindness when interacting with individuals on the autism spectrum. Your duties may include assisting daily living tasks such as personal care routines,
fostering community engagement through social activities and leisure pursuits,
and helping individuals understand their rights and how to access local resources.
