HR Specialist – Ireland - Fluent Mandarin & English
A dynamic and fast-growing international organization is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join its team in Ireland. The HR Specialist must speak Mandarin & English fluently to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
* Administer payroll with precision and timeliness, maintaining compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, contributing to a productive and efficient workplace.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong grasp of HR operations and best practices.
* Solid understanding of Irish employment laws and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
