Financial Expert for Strategic Growth
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in finance, with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), audit, or financial due diligence. As a key member of the finance team, you will support the financial aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence, assessment, and integration. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in reviewing financial data and identifying risks or opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence, assessment, and integration
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors during transactions
- Review financial data and identify risks or opportunities
- Assist with onboarding finance processes for newly acquired businesses
- Support preparation of legal and transactional documents from a finance perspective
- Contribute to wider financial planning and project initiatives
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience in a finance role, exposure to M&A, audit, or financial due diligence is desirable
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
