Sigmar Recruitment are working alongside one of the leading Civil Engineering Companies in the West of Ireland and are currently recruiting for a Civil Foreman to lead the future of their projects within Limerick!
The company has an excellent reputation in the West of Ireland and within the Civils Industry, specialising in Utilities, Wastewater and Water projects and are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Foreman to oversee the utilities and public realm construction projects in Limerick.
Our client offers excellent salary packages along with additional company benefits based on experience.
Duties:
* Managing the day-to-day activity on site
* Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
* Ensuring quality and standards of the project are met.
* Coordinate and control plant and material on site.
* Comply with all Health and Safety policies.
* Assist in managing traffic on and off site.
Requirements:
* Experience in similar type of utilities and/or public realm construction projects is desirable.
* Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish.
* Excellent working knowledge of latest utilities and public realm regulation and certification standards.
* Excellent working knowledge and track record of managing utilities.
* An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
* To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
* The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
