The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness with a proven track record in managing and maintaining Pool Plant and operations in a Leisure Centre. You will work as part of an established team and be responsible for operating the Leisure Centre and facilities in Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny, and providing a warm welcoming experience for both the Hotel's guests and Leisure centre members.Job Summary:The Leisure Centre Attendant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the leisure centre, including the swimming pool. This role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring health and safety standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Operations· Oversee the daily operations of the leisure centre and pool, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.· Follow and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.· Monitor the usage and condition of equipment, advising the Manager of repairs and maintenance required as necessary.· Monitor the daily operation of the pool plant, including filtration, heating, chemical dosing, and circulation systems.· Monitor and maintain water quality in compliance with health and safety regulations.· Conduct regular water tests, including pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels, adjusting as necessary.2.
