We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for members, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth club operations during opening hours.
Job Description
* Provide exceptional customer service to club members, responding to queries in person, by phone or via email.
* Ensure the efficient management of club facilities and resources.
* Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the club.
Requirements
* Friendly and approachable communication style, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
* Possession of pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid training is essential.
* National Certification in Education and Fitness (NCEF) qualification or equivalent is also required.
