Quality, Health and Safety Officer
This role is designed to lead the implementation of quality, health and safety policies and procedures across a manufacturing site.
Responsibilities:
* Support operations teams in maintaining compliance with relevant certifications, standards and customer requirements.
* Develop proactive approaches to ensure best working practices are implemented and maintained.
* Ensure all manufactured products meet brand, customer and health and safety specifications.
* Lead audits and projects to maintain site accreditations and certifications.
* Establish a culture of continuous improvement and promote strong environmental and safety principles.
* Collaborate with production, development and technical teams to ensure compliance and customer reporting.
* Develop quality procedures, monitor performance and produce reports for improvement.
* Identify and deliver quality-related training needs across the site.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in Health and Safety and Environmental disciplines.
* 2+ years' experience in Quality, EHS and ISO systems (desirable).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Proactive mindset for developing a positive quality, health and safety culture.
