We're looking for a part-time Receptionist to keep our front desk running smoothly
If you are friendly, organised, and professional face every office needs, this role is for you
What you will do:
Greet and assist clients with professionalism
Answer & direct calls efficiently
Manage emails & appointments
Keep the reception area tidy & organised
Handle mail, deliveries & admin tasks
Support the team with general office duties
What You Need:
Good communication & customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong multitasking & organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure & in a team
Previous receptionist/admin experience preferred
Salary : €15 - €17 per hour DOE
Work days - 3days a week(Wed, Thu & Fri) and 2 days following week(Mon-Tue)
