You will help design and assess governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for crypto-asset service providers, including trading platforms, custodians, and token issuers.Responsibilities IncludeSupport internal audit and risk reviews for crypto firms.Assess governance, operational resilience, and compliance frameworks.Evaluate risk management practices and control environments.Assist with MiCAR readiness and regulatory gap analysis.Contribute to assurance reports and board-level insights.Stay current on EU crypto regulation, MiCAR, DORA, and related standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tech, compliance).The PersonThe successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and qualifications:2-5 years' experience in risk, audit, or compliance in crypto, fintech, or financial services.Understanding of MiCAR, DORA, and digital asset risk frameworksExperience with crypto custody, trading, or blockchain platforms is a plus.Strong analytical and communication skills.Professional qualifications (e.g. ACA, CIA, CISA, or blockchain certifications) desirable.RSM is an equal opportunity employer.
