Excellent opportunity for Production Supervisor to join production team of leading Electrical Equipment Manufacturing industry based in County Cavan. This is a night shift position.
Reporting to the Production Manager, will oversee daily operations, responsible for managing the workflow, coordinating team members, and achieving production targets. The goal is to maximise production up-time while maintaining product quality and staff safety. line productivity, improvement initiatives and personnel in terms of driving overall performance and engagement.
This role requires a balance of manufacturing expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment. A successful candidate will ensure that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while motivating the team to achieve their best performance.
KPI's include productivity, safety, quality and personnel engagement and management.

Qualifications:
* Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Quality or related field.
* 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
* 2-3 years' experience in managing and/or a team
* Excellent written and oral communications
* Knowledge and Experience of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma or similar is an advantage
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
