Great National South Court Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our team.

Responsibilities
* The preparation and service of dishes according to the required standards on our breakfast buffet
* Ensuring that the food that is produced is consistently meeting such standards.
* To assist head chef in creating daily specials
* Monitoring food stocks and ensuring that stock is constantly rotated.
* Following all procedures and guidelines as stipulated by HACCP.
* To work within a team and show respect to all colleagues at all time
* Ensuring that your work is section is cleaned down during and after service.
* Minimizing food waste and ensuring that any food waste is disposed of correctly.
Requirements
* 2 years experience required
* Able to work on your own initiative
* own transport required as early starts
