As a crucial member of our growing team in Ireland, you will work closely with Alter Domus clients, taking responsibility for the onboarding and governance process undertaken by the CLM team.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate Officers on the team as the day-to-day point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships from onboarding to fund launch, acting professionally, courteously, and promptly.
3. Ensure effective coordination of tasks involved at entity setup phase, liaising with other service providers and internal teams.
4. Oversight of onboarding functions, including reviewing client information and due diligence/KYC documents.
5. Form collaborative relationships with internal teams to drive operational effectiveness and address client queries.
6. Identify areas for process improvement and provide training and support to the team, where required.
7. Accountability for the onboarding process from outset through to fund launch.
8. Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Profile
1. Pursue a career in Alternative Investment Funds Industry with 2-3 years' experience in funds industry, Business Administration & Corporate Secretarial experience considered an advantage.
2. Self-starter mentality, ability to drive operational effectiveness and create solutions.
3. Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and prioritization under time pressure.
4. Effective communication and motivation skills.
5. Built rapport and established working relationships internally and externally.

Technical Knowledge
1. Prior experience in contract negotiations, legal entity formation, and Compliance, AML & KYC.
2. Familiarity with AIFM Directive concepts.
