Customer Experience Agent at Whatnot. Whatnot is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, blending community, shopping, and entertainment. We’re a remote, co-located team with hubs in the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and Germany, building the future of online marketplaces together. We’re looking for bold, forward-thinking problem solvers to join our team.

Compensation Range: €35K - €42.5K
Responsibilities
* Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude to ensure a positive experience
* Resolve all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments and general questions with high quality and in a timely manner
* Become an expert in the Whatnot product, processes and systems to drive positive outcomes for users
* Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions
* Identify opportunities to reduce repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience
Qualifications
* 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
* Weekend availability required
* Fluent in English; secondary language preferred (French, German, or Dutch)
* Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations
* Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
* Customer-first mindset and proactive problem-solving
* Knowledge of collectibles is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; start-up experience a plus
