Job Overview
A Mechanical Project Manager is sought to oversee the delivery of practical noise reduction solutions within data centre construction and infrastructure projects.
* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and efficient completion.
* Act as a point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
Fundamental Skills
The ideal candidate should possess 3–5 years' experience managing industrial or data centre projects. They must have technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure (mechanical, HVAC, fire protection systems) with strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management. Proficiency in project management tools is also essential along with basic methodologies understanding. Strong analytical problem-solving skills are also expected from this individual.
Additionally,
a degree in engineering construction management related discipline preferred can be an asset providing relevant expertise particularly if combined hyperscale colocation experience. -----------------------------------
