Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Team Lead role based in Cavan. The Team Lead will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include managing and supervising team members, organizing schedules, providing mentorship, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves fostering a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring that the needs of the residents are met, and collaborating with families and external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications

Team management and leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team effectively.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills to oversee schedules and daily operations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Experience or training in disability services, healthcare, or a related field.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the disability support or care sector.
Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes the well‑being and independence of residents.
Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in health or social care are an advantage.
Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and use of computer systems for reporting and documentation.
Valid CORU / NMBI registration or in the process of registration.
Driving is a requirement of the role.
Shift work: days and alternate weekends. All shifts will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with 4 shifts one week and 3 shifts the following week.
