Finance Manager - Co. Kildare 12 month fixed term contract Salary: €80,000 plus Bonus Purpose of the Role: Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee daily finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), month-end close, and financial reporting. This person will lead a team to ensure timely and accurate financial data, while improving processes and supporting audits. They will work closely with other finance teams to align operations with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day finance operations across GL, Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and JV accounting. Lead month-end close and financial consolidation activities. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with policies and regulations. Support the budgeting process and provide insights to improve financial performance. Work with Commercial Finance and Statutory Reporting teams to align on financial objectives. Drive improvements, standardisation, and efficiency across finance processes. Manage and develop a team. Support year-end audit preparation and internal controls. Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for the team. ________________________________________ Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar). At least 5 years of experience in finance or GL roles. Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience working in a similar industry, ideally renewable energy.
