Key Responsibilities:

* Process and analyze financial data, including creating and posting GL journals, performing month-end US GAAP reporting, and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.

* Conduct reconciliations and audits, reviewing bank reconciliations, managing balance sheet accounts, and preparing for US GAAP and local statutory audits.

* Manage intercompany balances and support tax computations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
">
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and partners to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships.

* Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and improve processes.

Requirements:
">

* Qualified Accountant (recognized under Irish regulation) or equivalent qualification.
">
* Experience with US GAAP, statutory accounts, and audit procedures, as well as proficiency in ERP systems.
">
* Proven track record in business partnership and high-volume reconciliation experience.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in financial data.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.

* Good attendance and timekeeping record, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

* Fluency in English (C1 Level is a must), with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
