Responsibilities
* Assist the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing the kitchen team and product offerings.
* Manage each section of the kitchen to a high standard when required, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent food quality.
* Prepare dishes from start to finish, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
* Manage guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
* Support the Head Chef with menu compilation and target achievement.
