We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your expertise will help maintain hotel standards, achieve set goals, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and ensure their stay experience is memorable and enjoyable.
* Achieve targets related to mystery audits, customer satisfaction indexes, quality evaluations, and hotel performance.
* Efficiently manage front office departmental operations, maintaining high staff morale and motivation.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hotel environment.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
* Warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
