We are partnering with a leading global consulting organisation to hire a Manager within their Technology Resilience & Digital Risk team.This role offers the opportunity to work with major financial services clients on large-scale transformation, regulatory, and resilience programmes in an increasingly important area of the market.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of technology risk, IT risk, and operational resilience engagementsDesign and implement digital risk and control frameworksContribute to regulatory-driven initiatives (e.g. operational resilience, third-party risk)Assess and enhance IT governance, controls, and risk management practicesWork closely with stakeholders across business and technology teamsSupport client engagements, including workshops, reporting, and presentationsContribute to the development of proposals and client solutionsRequirementsCore ExperienceProven experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, Operational Resilience, or Digital RiskBackground in consulting and/or financial services / regulated environmentsExperience working on complex, cross-functional programmesStrong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, and governanceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience delivering across multiple projects or workstreamsNice to HaveExposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g. operational resilience, DORA, NIS2)Experience in client-facing or consulting rolesKnowledge of third-party risk, IT controls, or business continuityWhat’s on OfferOpportunity to work on high-impact, business-critical programmesExposure to top-tier financial services clientsCollaborative, high-performing team environmentStrong opportunities for career progression and developmentAdditional InformationCandidates must have full working rights (no sponsorship available)
