As a Construction Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in growing the Ireland region by identifying and selling Trimble's technology solutions to the construction infrastructure services market.
The position involves direct customer-facing contact and requires willingness to travel within the region as needed.
You will report directly to the UK and Ireland Sales Manager and work closely with the Operations team, receiving personal training on the Trimble Construction Infrastructure portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for sales performance in the region, including achieving revenue and profit targets.
* Manage regional expense budgets and maintain strong customer relations.
* Generate strategic territory sales plans and report using internal CRM.
* Identify, manage, and close new and existing opportunities within the region.
* Collaborate with OEM and Strategic Sales to identify new business opportunities.
* Demonstrate features and benefits of Trimble's Construction Infrastructure products to existing and potential customers.
* Perform key account management to build positive relationships with leading regional customers.
* Deliver regular and accurate sales forecasts to the UK Regional Sales Manager.
* Work diligently to achieve company objectives and goals, striving to improve results.
* Monitor and report on market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, specifically with customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Bachelor's Degree in a technical-related discipline, civil engineering, surveying, or related business field, or HND in a technical-related discipline.
* Relevant experience in a construction technology-related discipline, preferably with previous field sales experience.
* Strong ability to sell products and services successfully.
* Ability to set priorities appropriate for short and long-term objectives.
* Ability to make strategic decisions and take disciplined risks.
