Ryanair is currently recruiting Cabin Crew to join Europe's largest airline group. This is an opportunity to become part of a team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members operating across 90+ bases and delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service to more than 600,000 customers daily.Role OverviewAs a member of the Cabin Crew team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of passengers while delivering a professional inflight service. Full training is provided, and no prior aviation experience is required.TrainingSuccessful candidates will complete an internationally recognised Cabin Crew training programme, provided at no cost. Upon completion, candidates will be awarded Cabin Crew Wings and assigned to a confirmed base.Working PatternThe role operates on a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster. Cabin Crew must be flexible and available to work early starts (from 05:00) and late finishes (up to midnight), in line with operational requirements.Career DevelopmentRyanair offers clear progression opportunities, including roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.RequirementsStrong customer service orientation and professional attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical environmentFlexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekendsOutgoing, reliable, and adaptable personalityUnrestricted right to live and work in the EUHeight between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2")Ability to swim 25 metres unaidedComfortable speaking and writing in EnglishAs part of the recruitment process, candidates must complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgement test.
