An opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to take a key leadership role on a major data centre project in Dublin 15.
This is a senior, site-based position with responsibility for the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages on a fast-track, technically complex project.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the CSA team to deliver all Civil, Structural, and Architectural work packages Drive high standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance on site Oversee planning, procurement, design coordination, and installation of CSA works Manage day-to-day site operations, subcontractor performance, and project progress Coordinate with design, QA/QC, planning, and commercial teams to meet programme and quality targets Chair CSA subcontractor meetings and provide clear progress reporting to senior management Support commercial change management and oversee project close-out and handover activities Skills Qualifications Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or similar senior role on large-scale projects Strong background delivering CSA packages on complex, fast-track builds (data centres desirable) Experience leading site teams and managing subcontractors Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and programme control Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills What's on Offer Opportunity to work with a market leader in the data centre construction sector Involvement in the delivery of critical infrastructure within a high-growth industry Long-term career progression and professional development support Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative, high-performance project environment
