Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.
Your primary focus will be on managing the facilities function, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our sites. You will work closely with the facilities manager and other teams to ensure that all sites are maintained to the highest standard.
You will also be responsible for responding to soft service calls, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records through monthly timesheets and operational reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Previous customer service experience with a professional approach
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluency in English
* Flexibility to work weekends and after hours as needed
