WestmeathJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: CompetitiveAbout the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team on a live residential development. This is a key on site role, supporting the delivery of high quality housing in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.The successful candidate must have proven site experience and a Degree in Civil Engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting out and surveying works for residential units, roads, drainage, and servicesEnsuring construction works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standardsCoordinating day-to-day site activities with subcontractors and site managementChecking levels, alignments, and dimensions using GPS / total station equipmentMonitoring quality control and assisting with inspections and snaggingMaintaining accurate site records, as-built drawings, and progress reportsLiaising with engineers, architects, and the wider project teamEnsuring compliance with Health & Safety and site proceduresRequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)Proven experience as a Site Engineer on residential construction projectsGood understanding of residential construction methods and Irish Building RegulationsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentationStrong organisational and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeFull, clean driving licenceJob Type: Full-timePay: From €41,736.51 per yearBenefits:Company carFree or subsidised travelAbility to commute/relocate:Athlone, County Westmeath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
