As we continue our journey toward becoming Irelands most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Trading (Buying) Promotions team as aConsumer Offer Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring all promotional planning, preparation, and system checks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed SLAs. The position will support both the SuperValu and Centra brands. What you'll be doing: Work closely with the Trading team to ensure all offers are correctly set up and implemented across relevant systems. Conduct ongoing competitor and market offer analysis to inform promotional planning. Collaborate with the 4 Quad team to align promotional plans and maximise commercial opportunities. Partner with Marketing teams to coordinate and support consumer facing campaign activity. Provide performance analysis post campaign, identifying key learnings and opportunities for continuous improvement. Coordinate with the Consumer Offer Manager on key offers and ensure clear, timely communication across all relevant teams. Build strong cross functional relationships with Sales, Retailers, Marketing, Own Brand, and Logistics teams to ensure promotional activity is communicated and executed to best in class standards. Attendance at retailer and internal forums when appropriate with cross functional presentations. Continuously review processes to eliminate rework, reduce duplication, and remove non value adding tasks. Support the development of efficient ways of working across the wider team. Support the integration of NPD into promotional plans, ensuring upcoming launches are optimised to drive maximum sales. What we are looking for: Experience in a varied office environment, with competent IT and administrative skills. Knowledge of internal systems is advantageous eg GOLD, PIP, PASS, Quick Proof, Excel Macros, Power BI Candidates should have excellent administrative, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to a varied workload. Excellent attention to detail & adherence to timelines is a necessity.
