* Manage and resolve incidents through our IT ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues using your problem-solving skills.
* Create and maintain user accounts with appropriate access permissions ensuring data security.
* Monitor backups to prevent data loss in case of a disaster scenario.
