This role supports the Restaurant Manager Manager in overseeing the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional service, high standards, and a memorable guest experience. If you're a driven hospitality professional with leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Support staff management, training, and development.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu offerings.
* Help with stock control, budgeting, and ensuring financial targets are met.
* Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
* Step in for the General Manager when required.
* Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
* 2+ years in a similar role, ideally in hospitality.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and budgeting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
