About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Projects Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory projects, including validation of new equipment, qualification of new test methods, and laboratory compliance improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

The Laboratory Projects Manager will be responsible for:
">
">
* Participating in laboratory projects such as the validation of new equipment, the qualification of new test methods, and laboratory compliance improvement projects;
">
* Carrying out test method transfer activities for the Analytical/Micro Laboratories;
">
* Reviewing and ensuring compliance to test methods and procedures;
">
* Managing the financial budget requirement for laboratory validation projects;
">
* Aligning lab validation resources as per project requirements;
">
* Being responsible for a team of Laboratory Validation Technicians/Engineers;
">
* Raising analytical laboratory compliance through GLP training, data integrity improvements, and audit preparation improvements;
">
* Sourcing, purchasing, validating, and implementing new laboratory equipment;
">
* Coordinating method transfers with Division R & S and with the laboratory technicians;
">
">
Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
">
* A degree or diploma in Food Science or equivalent scientific discipline;
">
* Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
">
* Excellent interpersonal and computer skills;
">
* Ability to translate technical information and requirements into qualification/validation test design;
">
* Experience with various laboratory equipment (an advantage);
