A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a Head of Compliance (PCF 12) to lead the Irish compliance function within a growing investment firm / asset servicing platform.
This is a high-visibility role offering direct interaction with senior leadership, Board-level exposure and significant engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland.
The Role
Acting as PCF 12, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Central Bank of IrelandLead the Irish Compliance framework and oversight programmeOwn and deliver the Annual Compliance PlanOversee the Compliance Monitoring ProgrammeProvide regulatory guidance to senior management and the businessPrepare and present reporting to the Board, Risk Committee and Compliance CommitteeEnsure adherence to MiFID, MAR, Conduct of Business and broader CBI requirementsSupport regulatory change initiatives and business growth projectsEngage closely with UK and wider group Compliance colleagues
This is a standalone leadership role in Ireland, requiring confidence, independence and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
About You
You will ideally have:
Experience operating at Senior Manager / Deputy Head of Compliance / VP level within asset management, funds, custody or investment firm environmentsStrong knowledge of MiFID, Market Abuse Regulation and Irish regulatory requirementsExperience engaging directly with the Central Bank of IrelandExposure to trading / execution environments (highly advantageous)Experience preparing Board-level reportingThe capability to hold PCF 12 approval (or prior approval)You will be commercially aware, pragmatic and confident in influencing senior stakeholders.
