Job Description
Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies or queries effectively.
Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial records and ledgers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Prepare and process payment runs, including bank transfers and cheque payments.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PTP Specialist should have:
Relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly SAP.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
Fluency in Spanish language
