We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Team Leader to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives for our close-knit marketing team.

The Marketing Team Leader serves as both a strategic marketing professional and an authentic brand ambassador, responsible for leading and mentoring the marketing team while actively representing and promoting the brand across all platforms. This role combines leadership, creativity, and hands-on marketing — including content creation, and campaign execution — to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

* Provide daily management and guidance to the marketing team to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
* Conduct weekly one-to-one meetings to review performance, address challenges, and provide individual coaching.
* Host weekly team meetings to review priorities, campaign progress, and departmental updates.
* Review and edit team members' work to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
* Introduce structure and workflow systems to enhance team efficiency and accountability.
* Oversee project completion, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
* Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) collaboratively to streamline processes and promote consistency across marketing operations.

Brand Ambassador & Representation

* Act as a visible and authentic representative of the brand, embodying its values and voice in all interactions.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and community members to enhance brand reputation.
* Attend events and community activities as the face of the brand, promoting its mission and offerings.
* Engage with followers and audiences on social media, fostering trust and connection.
* Encourage the marketing team to adopt a brand ambassador mindset — living and promoting the brand authentically.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

* Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
* Collaborate with leadership to define marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
* Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and engagement.
* Ensure all campaigns align with brand identity and deliver a consistent message.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to support them with relative campaigns.
* Annual objectives to be achieved collaboratively with the sales & design teams.

Digital Marketing & Communications

* Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital promotions.
* Ensure all communications reflect the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.

Event Marketing & Community Engagement

* Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and sponsorship activities.
* Capture and promote event highlights through photography, video, and social media content.
* Build local partnerships and collaborations to strengthen brand visibility.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and sales targets.
* Collaborate with product development, sales, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Brand & Content Management

* Oversee brand positioning and messaging for product lines (residential, commercial, architectural, etc.).
* Manage content creation for websites, brochures, social media, email campaigns, and trade publications.
* Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.

Digital Marketing

* Plan and execute digital campaigns including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
* Manage website updates and performance analytics using platforms such as Google Analytics and CMS tools.
* Lead e-commerce or online strategies.

Lead Generation & CRM

* Develop lead generation campaigns in coordination with sales.
* Track and manage leads using CRM systems.
* Analyze conversion metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
* 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the lighting, electrical, or building materials industries.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics.
* Experience with product marketing and/or technical product communication.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong project management and organizational abilities.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
* Managing a team and delegating workload accordingly.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, this role is based fully onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
