Job Description
We are currently recruiting Geospatial Surveyor/Site Engineer/ Land Surveyor to join our Geo Surveying Department for a Data Centre project close to Charleroi, Belgium.
* Perform detailed field and office surveying work (Survey Control Network / Laser Scanning / Setting Out)
* Prepare and analyse data for construction accuracy.
* Utilise modern survey methods and survey devices such as Total Stations and Mobile Laser Scanning devices.
* Work with Post processing software such as AutoCAD, Leica Infinity, Navvis Ivion, Register 360, Starnet, Navisworks, etc
* Attend Daily/Weekly Meetings with Client and Contractors to discuss project progress and deliver reports.
* Any other duties as required by the contractor.
Skills and Requirements
* Minimum (Degree in Surveying, Geomatics or Engineering) or relevant experience
* Demonstrable levels of technical knowledge with practical application
* Understand scopes of work and project requirements
* A high degree of computer literacy and familiarity with BIM workflows
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with Excellent communication skills.
* Possess a full Irish or EU driving licence.
** On offer is a total salary package of between €65 and €70k per annum plus accommodation, return flights, transport, pension and educational assistance.
